Thank you for the time and support you gave me during our recent interview. The insight you gave me into the company was invaluable. Although I was disappointed that I wasn’t selected for the position, I would like to ask that you keep my resume on file.

If the interview had been longer I would have liked to discuss my accomplishments with my current company. My job has been increasingly responsible and I have had the opportunity to train and supervise new employees, provide excellent customer service, and improve sales. I have also been recognized for the high quality of my work standards.

In the future if your company has similar positions become open I would love to be considered. Thank you again for your time. I hope to hear from you soon.
